Our DWP Digital teams are delivering a once-in-a-generation transformation of products and services that almost everyone in the UK will use, at key times in their lives. We're using fresh ideas and leading-edge technologies to create innovative, scalable and user-centric digital solutions that are changing how government works.

The scale of what we do is extraordinary, and our purpose is unique. We'd love you to join us.

Both teams have a vital role at the heart of DWP supporting and developing plans to drive improvements to customer outcomes and business efficiencies.

What skills, knowledge and experience will you need?

A strong understanding of IT Service Management, methodologies, frameworks, processes, and techniques (eg ITIL, Agile, Lean, DevOps etc) with particular focus on Incident, Problem and Change Service Management processes.
Ability to build strong relationships and exert influence across a diverse range of stakeholders and services.
Experience with utilising knowledge of technologies, solutions and tooling options across projects, portfolios, and service lifecycle to improve services and technical understanding across teams.
Experience in exploring, identifying and exploiting opportunities for Continual Improvement.
Experience in providing direction for the monitoring and reporting of service metrics that define expected service quality and performance.

Details. Wages. Perks.

You'll join us in one of our brilliant digital hubs either in Birmingham, Blackpool, Leeds, Newcastle or Sheffield.

We also have all the tools and tech we need to enable our people to work flexibly. We work a hybrid model with a mix of home working and sometime in the office.

In return for your skills, we offer competitive pay of up to up to £41,480. For the more junior role available here, the salary range is £34,173 – £34,971.
