Job Description

IT Support – 1st/2nd Line, Microsoft, Troubleshooting, Tickets

On-site in Sheffield

My client urgently requires a 1st / 2nd Line Support technician to assist during a busy period. In this role you will work with O365, AD and Hardware. Essential experience includes Support with Microsoft applications, Active Directory and troubleshooting. Any experience working in a help desk experience is highly desirable.

Initially this role will be 3 months and there is a high chance of an extention / permanent offer following the contract.
