Bell Cornwall Recruitment are pleased to be hiring an IT Support role for a fantastic legal company in Birmingham. The company requires someone who can adapt easily to there ever-evolving workplace. This role would be a crucial role within the business so someone who is dedicated focused and able to work well under pressure is ideal.

Candidate Responsibilities:

Providing general technical support across the company.
Monitoring computer equipment and systems to ensure everything is running smoothly.
Installing computer hardware and software.
Building and maintain relationships with IT service providers.
Repairing and replacing equipment.
Maintaining all IT licences.
Overseeing all Wi-Fi systems, CCTV, Door entry systems and more.
Arranging and undertaking all scheduled maintenance works and upgrades.
Advising individuals on new equipment and IT solutions.
Ensuring all tasks are carried out in accordance to Company Health and Safety policies – Compliance is met.
Ad Hoc duties.

The candidates' requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role is necessary
Knowledge of General Office 365, IT and email/internet knowledge is necessary.
Knowledge of MacOS operating knowledge is essential.
Knowledge of 3CX telephone systems.
Good knowledge of audio visual equipment
