IT Support Analyst
Remote with need to be in Canary Wharf 1 day a month max
Package £26K – £28K

We are currently looking for a IT Support Analyst to join us on a permanent basis. This role is 90% remote with the expectation of being in the office in London around once a month.
Providing first and second line support for both hardware and software problems.
Administration of Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, Azure AD and SQL.
Build, upgrade and repair desktops, laptops and servers.
Write and maintain documentation for both internal IT processes and support guides for non-IT members of staff.
Provide assistance to development team for bespoke database and web applications.
Installation and upgrade of network equipment.
Server patching, software rollouts and management of backups.
Site visits to UK regional offices and UK based data centre
Provide timely support and assistance to other functions as required.
Qualifications & Experience
Knowledge and experience in Windows / Intel based Servers and PCs
UK SC Clearance – or willingness to apply for Security Clearance.
Computing based degree/diploma (or equivalent work experience)
Minimum 2-3 years employment in IT
Permanent UK residency (required to achieve UK SC Clearance)
