    Job Description

    IT Support Analyst – Permanent – Glasgow/Hybrid – £33k, plus excellent benefits

    Change Digital are recruiting on behalf of a Scottish based organisation who have been established for over 100 years with offices across Scotland & the UK. Our client is looking for a talented IT Support Analyst to support 500 users across 4 offices, providing 2nd line support within a Microsoft environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to join a company who have a structured, supportive, and rewarding career path, based at their Glasgow office, working onsite min 2 days per week to assist both onsite & remote support. Skills required should include but not be limited to:

    Essential

    * Experience of OS and application deployment

    * Strong technical support capability covering Windows 10, MS Office, Active Directory, MS Exchange, and iOS configuration (including EMM experience)

    Desirable

    * iManage

    * Patch management

    * Service Desk experience providing support to a multi-site organisation
