IT Support Analyst – Birmingham – GBP 28,500 (5 days onsite)
Are you a skilled IT Support Analyst with experience working with Windows 10, Active Directory, and Office 365? If so, we have an exciting opportunity that may interest you!

As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support and troubleshooting services for desktops, servers, and software. Your role will require the highest level of technical proficiency, responsiveness, and customer service. Self-motivation, self-confidence, and enthusiasm are qualities that would serve you well in this role.
The ideal candidate will have/be able to:
** Windows 10 troubleshoot
** Full understanding of ITSM processes
** Windows Server 2016/2019
** Networking troubleshoot – DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP
** Experience with Active Directory, Group policy
** Office 365
** Azure AD
** Excellent communication skills and team player
** Be decisive and have the passion to problem solve
** Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle for site visits
Salary: £28,500 dependent on experience
Working Pattern: 5 days onsite
* 37.5hr Week
