We are working with a prestigious international car part manufacturer in Pickering. We are talking top of the range cars in terms of their customers. They have highly efficient automated and energy efficient processes and have offices in a number of countries around the world.
They are recruiting for an IT Support Analyst to provide dedicated support to their employees. You will be the “go to“ person on the Pickering site, with your own office and you will be working on some great team projects.
You would report to a lovely manager who is down to earth with a very supportive management style. You would also be part of a virtual team that supports each other on a daily basis. There are also progression routes into other parts of the wider IT department on a longer term basis e.g. Security, Infrastructure and Business Applications. Your experience would grow exponentially in this enterprise business!
As an IT Support Analyst your role will involve:
* Attending remote team meetings in the morning
* Responding to issues in a ticketing system e.g. setting up laptops, dealing with website, printer and mobile phones issues, issuing software licensing etc
* Working with your supportive manager on projects across the company e.g. Windows upgrades, increasing WI-fi capacity etc. Providing a responsive and customer focused approach to your work
To secure this IT Support Analyst position you will need as a minimum the below:
* Friendly, helpful and confident personality
* Good customer service skills
* Good understanding of MS office 365
* Some knowledge of Active directory
* Some understanding of Networking fundamentals
* Windows 10 knowledge
* Some service desk experience
* Driving license (preferable but not essential)
