The Role (Bristol):
As an IT Support Technician, enjoy mostly remote working with a salary of £35,000 – £40,000. Ensure smooth system and hardware operation, provide technical support, resolve IT issues, assist with Office 365 migration, and work on many exciting upcoming projects! Collaborate closely with our Infrastructure Manager in supporting a growing 24/7/365 multi-site company.
Resolve 2nd and 3rd line IT issues.
Manage hardware, telecoms, and networking systems.
Support Active Directory, Cloud Anti-Virus, and Email Security.
Provide remote support (VPN, RDP, MDM, TeamViewer).
Support bespoke software applications (training provided). Skills Required:
3+ years in a 2nd/3rd line IT support role.
Knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and Office365 Admin Centre.
Understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, Telecoms, and Networking support.
