    Job Description

    Role: IT Support Engineer
    Location: Derby
    Salary: £25k DOE

    One of my best clients who are a IT solutions provider based within the Derby area. Due to continued business success and growth, our client is seeking a IT Support Specialist to provide exceptional IT support and advice to a variety of customers and clients.

    Role Responsibility's
    ** Proactive Maintenance of all hardware across the site (Including IT Suites & Network Cabinets)
    ** Supporting on going projects such as migrations and deployments
    ** Resolution of full range of technical support issues
    ** Liaise with clients to analyse, review, identify and develop relationships that meet/exceed customer needs

    Skills
    ** Windows OS / Windows Server
    ** Office 365 / Exchange / SharePoint
    ** Active Directory / Azure
    ** Virtual Servers
    ** Networking / Cabling / Patching
    ** Antivirus Solutions
