An amazing opportunity for an established IT Support Engineer to develop in an established and growing company in an exciting role, where you will be responsible for being the first point of contact for all IT related incidents and service requests.

The company are a well-established facilities management company who operate nationally and are currently looking to expand their IT Team due to organic growth within the company.

In this role you will be responsible for managing your own ticket desk. The role will require you to carry out fault and implement fixes ensuring a smooth service is provided. You will be involved with deployments and upgrades of system software, user software and devices.

On offer is a chance to be trained, developed, and have the opportunity to progress in the role. This will be an office-based role where you will be expected to come into the office 5 days a week.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a 1st / 2nd line support role as well as being focused on delivering excellent customer service. You will have previous experience working with technologies like Office 365, VOIP Telephony, end user support and Windows operating systems.

The person

Experience working in a 1st / 2nd line support role
Strong knowledge of Office 365, Azure, VOIP (Mitel)
Have a driving license
Reliable, enthusiastic, and eager to learnThe role

Managing the ticketing system to ensure 1st line / 2nd line support tickets are handled
Providing support with a wide range of IT Projects
Delivering support for Mitel VOIP phone system and overseeing security upgrades and anti-virus across the desktop estate.
Take part in deployment and upgrades of system software, user software and devices as and when required.
