Role: IT Support Engineer
Location: Holmes Chapel, Cheshire
Salary: £20,000 – £30,000

Responsibilities:
** Provide 1st / 2nd Line Support both remotely and face to face to customers
** Provide advice and support to external customers
** Ensure issues are dealt with and resolved in an efficient and friendly manner
** To build and maintain rapport with customers
** To work across both BAU and Project work
