Are you an IT Support Engineer familiar with Linux systems looking to become the go-to technical expert in the industry by joining an innovative Robotics and AI company, which will offer you a varied role, ongoing specialist training and the ability to boost your earnings with a performance based bonus?

This well-established Robotics company provide engineering solutions within the agricultural and energy sectors. They have built a broad client base through producing innovative products which monitor animal behaviours and report detailed information to create a more sustainable Dairy Farm industry. Due to an ever-increasing workload they are looking to grow their tight-knit team.

This varied role will see you provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to both internal and external stakeholders, you will pro-actively monitor client data as well as assist the management team to complete projects within the business.

This role would suit an IT Support Engineer who is familiar with Linux systems looking to become the go-to technical expert within the industry, receive full industry training and the ability to earn more through performance related bonus.

The Role:

1st / 2nd Line IT Support
Support Senior Management with ongoing Projects
Process / Create specification documents
Monday to Friday 8AM – 4PM
25 Days plus Bank HolidaysThe Person:
