This role will expose you to hands-on training from day one! You will be trained and mentored by the IT Manager, who will coach you on their bespoke systems and software to grow into the best Engineer you can be, whilst providing high-end customer service.

Technical Skills Required:
*Knowledge of Office 365 & SharePoint
*Knowledge of Active Directory
*Working in a customer-facing environment
*Excellent written & verb communication skills
*Knowledge of Azure
*Knowledge of SaaS
*Troubleshooting software
*Problem-solving skills

Desirable Skills:
*ServiceNow / equivalent ticketing system
*SQL & Azure experience
*Octopus Deploy
*MS Coding
