    Job Description

    IT Support Engineer

    A key client of ours, based in Shaw, is looking for an IT Support Engineer to join their infrastructure support team for a short contract assignment, with good potential to extend. This vacancy will suit an IT Support Engineer with experience in MS365 & Active Directory. The majority of the role will be at a first line support level.

    This is an excellent opportunity for an IT Support Engineer who is currently out of work or soon will be, to secure a short-term contract which could end up extending in to the summer.

    Essential Skills:
    – Previous experience in end-user support
    – MS365
    – Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
    – Active Directory

    The successful IT Support Engineer will be working within an education establishment, so the ability to obtain an Enhanced DBS is also essential for this position.
