IT Support Engineer

Are you interested in being part of a team that will give you the chance to be more hands on and really upskill? If so, a manufacturing company based in the Rossendale area are looking to add to their IT Support team in the form of an IT Support Engineer.

As the IT Support Engineer you will be supporting around 120 users both remotely and face to face, across mainly Microsoft technologies with an emphasis to develop you in Office 365 and Azure.

Infrastructure and Tech that you will be working with:

Responsibilities
** Maintaining the company's IT hardware assets, including desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices.
** Troubleshooting desktop hardware and software issues, resolving them in a timely manner.
** Troubleshooting simple network issues such as connectivity and IP address conflicts.
** Maintaining the company's IT asset database and ensuring all hardware assets are tracked and recorded accurately.
** Assisting in business and IT projects as required, providing technical support and expertise.
** Collaborating with other members of the IT team to deliver high-quality technical support.
