IT Support Engineer / 3rd Line Engineer

£35,000 – £40,000 salary + bonus + benefits

Are you an IT Support Engineer or 3rd line Engineer who wants to join an international organisation with significant investment across IT? Our client has recently been acquired by Private Equity and is underway with some new and exciting projects!

The role of the IT Support Engineer will focus on:

Demonstrating skills in Office 365, VMware, Microsoft Server Technologies (Active Directory), Networking and server infrastructure to a high standard
Resolving issues for employees within the business
Quality communication both with stakeholders of all levels
Contributing to internal transformations and technology projects
Migrations from on premise systems to the cloud

You would be reporting directly into the Head of Enterprise IT and be the third member of the IT team. This organisation is shifting their focus to be a more technology driven company, looking for someone keen to get stuck in to all elements of IT.

You will be providing IT support up to 3rd line level, to an internal team of c200 employees, contributing to IT projects as well as resolving issues for their other employees. This role offers lots of training in a broad range of areas within technology, and progression within the company.
