IT Support – Networks or PBX

Client: Telephony and Networks support specialist

Salary: c.£30K

Location: Stonehouse, Gloucestershire

Our client is a dynamic, Networks and Telephony support services provider based in the Cotswolds. We are looking for 2 tech support specialists on a permanent basis, to work 4 days per week in the office. Broad IT support skills are applicable, but a bias towards Networks or Telephony would be ideal.

What you'll be doing:

* Handling Support calls and emails for wide customer base.

Allocate calls and emails to relevant team / resource as effectively as possible ensuring that the detail recorded is clear.

* Configuration of customer IT equipment, routers and switches and associated service on request.

* Develop relationships with customers to ensure best customer service is delivered at all times.

What we're looking for:

* Microsoft Windows Operating Systems – (Desktop experience essential, Server advantage)

* For the Telephony role, on premise PBX and hosted VoIP solutions is essential.

* For the Network role, IPv4, LAN, WAN, WiFi Networks with the availability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve network issues in addition to configuration of network switches.

* Cloud Services including Microsoft Office 365 product suite (One Drive, Sharepoint, Teams etc…)
