IT Support Technician – Full Time – Leeds, United Kingdom

Come and join Sulzer in Leeds as our IT Support Technician. We are looking for a highly motivated IT Technician who enjoys working in a team, has great communication skills, and has good experience within this industry.
This is a great opportunity for you to provide IT support to Sulzer personnel and systems across the UK & Ireland. You will help and assist with the key IT infrastructure, production systems and ensuring complete user satisfaction.
In this role you will be accountable for:
* Providing excellent level of customer service to all support queries
* Taking responsibility of user problems and being proactive when dealing with user issues
* Managing hardware ordering and ensuring critical IT stocks are managed
* Carrying out maintenance and support of assigned systems
* Collaborating with outsourced suppliers to gain good pricing on key IT hardware and systems
* Working with key business stakeholders to support initiatives, in particular the use of Microsoft Power Apps
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Relevant experience within related industry in IS/IT service delivery role
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems
* Experience with using and troubleshooting MS Office applications within a network environment
* Microsoft certification would be desirable
* Ability to act as a team
* Excellent attention to detail skills
* Strong communication and Customer Service skills
* Flexibility and ability to adapt to change
* Good problem-solving skills
