Job Description

IT Support Technician – Spider is advertising on behalf of a company that design, install, and support IT systems for businesses in the East of England. They are looking for an IT Support Technician to join our team in Stow-cum-Quy, just outside of Cambridge.
The IT Support Technician will support their clients' systems, which are Microsoft based networks of 20+ PCs always providing fantastic customer service. You will need to be skilled in analysing problems and support issues and providing diagnosis and solutions. Your typical day will include time monitoring the telephone helpdesk, mixed with diagnosing and fixing client-side issues. There will be opportunities to achieve Microsoft certifications and in-depth-on-the-job training will be provided.
Key skills & attributes required:
* Ability to Support Microsoft Office & Windows 10 and 11
* Personable, presentable with good confident communications skills both written and verbal
* Proven track record of at least 1 year’s industry experience, provide demonstrations of past work and relevant qualifications.
* Knowledge of Windows Server
* Working knowledge of Office 365
* Experience of analysing and the diagnosis of IT support issues
* Full UK manual driving licence
