1st Line Engineer

Excellent opportunity for a 1st line support engineer to join an international luxury interior designer and product manufacturer offering autonomy and technical progression in an interesting and varied role.

This company are a specialist interior architecture business, approaching their 20th Anniversary they have amassed a successful reputation for delivering excellence across the globe.

In this role you will provide customer facing and remote 1st line support, you will set-up and configure new Desktops, laptops, VoIP Phones, Mobiles and Tablets. You will be responsible for Infrastructure, O365 and Exchange monitoring and management, escalating more complex issues where necessary.

The ideal candidate will have experience in 1st line or helpdesk support and be keen to learn new technologies. You will have experience with Office 365, Share Point & Teams and be confident providing hardware and software updates.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a 1st line support engineer to learn new technologies and join a tight knit and supportive team.

The Role:
*Providing 1st/2nd line support
*38 hours a week (starting and finishing times are flexible outside core hours)
*Diagnosing and resolving minor network issues
*Anti-Virus & File Recovery

The Person:
*Commutable to Nantgarw
*1st line support or helpdesk support experience
*Experience with Microsoft Office 365, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams
*Experience troubleshooting issues and escalating when necessary
*Ability to diagnose and resolve minor network issues
