    Job Description

    We are seeking an IT Support Technician to work closely with the IT Manager to maintain the IT infrastructure and support staff in completing tickets and conducting second / third line support.

    As the IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for:

    Ensure the smooth running of supported IT systems
    Maintaining the security of all IT hardware through regular software updating and firmware patching
    Provide outstanding, proactive, and accessible support to all users
    Provide second / third line support knowledge, resolving more complex and larger impact issues
    Provide support to first line technicians
    Supporting with safeguarding, data protection and maintaining technical systems

    Recognised ICT qualification
    Previous experience in the education environment
    Experience in Microsoft including Office365, SharePoint, System Centre and Server 2012Benefits:
