    Job Description

    We are delighted to be working with a Northampton based professional service company. They are recruiting for an IT Support Technician to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.

    Key responsibilities will include:

    * Provide second line support to staff

    * Resolve issues via phone and email

    * Help set up new starters

    * Log reported issues correctly and respond within SLA’s

    * Assist in the implementation of new software

    * Escalate issues when required

    The successful candidate will have:

    * Experience in similar role

    * Understanding of server administration

    * Knowledge of networking

    * Driven interest in IT

    * Excellent customer service skills

    * Full UK driving licence
