IT Support Technician – Lab IT – based Northern Home Counties – £25-35k base plus bonus and benefits
Leading supplier of Haematology and Coagulation products currently seeks an IT Support Technician to support their business requirements.
You will be responsible for the support of the company's IT set-up in relation to data-management installations, troubleshooting, virtualisation and networking. You will be involved in the maintenance and support of the email and Active Directory environment, 1st/2nd line support of all server systems, maintenance and management of printers and printer server, key support in terms of SQL programming and development of key systems to support the business.
You will have a good depth of knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and IT troubleshooting. Essentially you will have experience gained in Active Directory, VMWare, Office 365, Microsoft Exchange, Sharepoint and proven experience in IT Support. You will be knowledgeable in admin of Microsoft Azure 365.
Personal characteristics sought for this role are self motivation, friendliness, team player, organised and structured.
You will be IT literate to a standard that you can provide training on IT products and can disseminate IT info to all levels of understanding.
