An opportunity for an experience IT Support Technician with a forward-thinking IT MSP.
Reporting to the Technical Director, you will have minimum 2 years IT experience in a 1st/2nd Line support role.
Skills and Experience:
Knowledge of Windows/Office 365 and MacOS.
Experience of using remote management and monitoring tools.
Understanding of e-commerce technologies.
Windows mobile devices.
Basic networking – IP, DNS, Wireless and Firewalls.
Strong communication and analytical skills.
A full UK driving license and access to vehicle is required for this role.
