Location: Ringwood, Hampshire, BH24 3SB
Salary: £20K-21k, DOE + Benefits
Contract: Full time, Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

IT Support Technician – The Role:
You will be taking calls from customers and helping to resolve their IT issues; you will be the first point of contact for our customers
You'll also be:
• Resolving Incident/requests using your own initiative, knowledge, and problem-solving skills
• Using remote support tools to remotely resolve and fix issues
• Keeping all customers up to date throughout the incident life cycle
IT Support Technician – Candidate Specification:
To succeed in this role, you'll need a basic knowledge of IT troubleshooting and problem solving as well as experience within a customer service environment.
