Job Title: IT Technician
Location: Leeds
Salary: £11 – £13 Per Hour
Job Description
We are currently looking for an IT Technician to join a reputable Education organisation based in Leeds.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to staff and students, carrying out maintenance of computer systems and networks, and ensuring the security of these systems.
Responsibilities:
– Provide technical support to staff and students
– Maintain computer systems, networks and security
– Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues
– Monitor network performance
– Install and maintain hardware and software
– Ensure compliance with relevant legislation
Technical Skills Required:
– Previous experience in a similar role
– Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows 7/8/10
– Knowledge of hardware and software installation and maintenance
– Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
