CV Screen is recruiting for an IT Support Technician to join a leading organisation related to the music / performing arts sector based in Central London. We are looking for an IT professional who is always looking to learn, provide outstanding IT service and most importantly enjoy working within a creative and relaxed environment.

This is an office based position in Brighton
A salary of up to £22,000 basic is available plus benefits and an amazing working environment.
The IT Support Technician will provide a fast and responsive IT support service to internal departments, to staff and to students across the London site, consistent with IT policies. You will also support the IT team on the implementation of technical projects. You will liaise with the college business system super-users to deploy systems/software across all departments.
The IT Support Technician must have excellent customer service skills as well as experience with Windows 10, Active Directory and 365 user account management.
– Previous 1st and 2nd line IT support experience
– Strong customer service background
– Strong knowledge of Windows 10, AD and O365 user support
– Previous Education experience is useful, but not essential
Technical qualifications would be helpful bit not essential, full training will be provided.
Salary to £22,000 basic plus good holiday and benefits.
