    Job Description

    Are you looking for a new exciting opportunity working as an IT Systems Administrator to be based in High Wycombe?
    You will provide IT support to IT equipment and colleagues ensuring their IT requirements are suitably met. You will also liaise with specialist support services and suppliers to ensure any unresolved issues are dealt with.
    Main Duties of the Role
    * Providing guidance and training
    * Plan and implement projects and changes to the system to accommodate company expansion
    * Diagnose and resolve IT issues as they arise.
    * Proactively monitor server and system logs to identify potential issues
    * Managing the IT process for on/offboarding of staff.
    * Responsible for end-user hardware assignment, including the configuration and installation of desktops, laptops & mobile devices
    * Responding to alerts and incidents
    * Ensure that all changes are documented correctly
    Your Skills and Experience
    * 3+ years’ experience within IT
    * Experience of; Microsoft Server 2016, Azure Active Directory, Intune/Endpoint Manager, Powershell, SQL Server, HyperV, M365
    * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    * Full driving license
    Salary
    * £25,000-£32,000 per annum, depending on experience
