IT Systems & Network Technician

Salary: 40,000 to £50,000 + KPI Bonus of £2,000 + Company Bonus £5,500

Our prestigious, Top 10 global client is currently looking to recruit an IT Systems & Network Technician. The successful candidate will possess the passion and experience to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

Maintaining and supporting Microsoft system, 1st/2nd /3rd Line support for server/client systems

Maintaining and Improvements of Office Network Technology, Cisco routing and switching

Maintaining and supporting Microsoft cloud systems

1st Line support & troubleshooting within SQL systems and environments to support the business

Assist with the day to day running of SharePoint systems and services.

Manage all project planning for SharePoint development and deployment

Ticket Management – ITIL Awareness

Be able to set up users in hybrid active directory environments

Maintain Compliance with ISO27001 & Cyber Essentials+ audits

The successful candidate will possess the following:

* More than 5 years experience working and providing IT support

* Experience with Active Directory and DNS technologies

* Expert Network troubleshooting and designing skills

* Experience setting up and administering windows server

* Active Qualification with Cisco (CCNA)

* Office 365 Administration

* Exchange Online Administration

* Administration of Microsoft Azure 365

Desirable Requirements:

Administration with VMware

Worked with Current backup solutions

Worked with dynamics 365
