Role: IT Technician

Location: SW20

Salary: £35,000 plus Fantastic Benefits

We are looking for an experienced IT Technician to join our team in South West London within the entertainment and media industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance internally within the company as well as supporting the business systems.

Responsibilities

Provide user support to employees
Maintain and update equipment and systems
Ensure the hardware is maintained and problems are dealt with promptly
Resolving or escalating day to day tickets
Pro-actively problem solving with internal teams
Deployment and maintenance of IT equipment as well as carrying out checks on the IT Infrastructure
Day to day IT admin including setting up new users and accountsRequirements:

Knowledge of IT Systems
Previous experience using SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Office 365
Office 365 Admin Centre
Good problem-solving and communication skills, have a flexible approach
Knowledge / understanding of SQL databases
