IT Technician

Salary £28,000 – £31,000
I am currently supporting a charity leading the fight to keep the internet a safe place for our children. We are looking for an experienced IT professional to hit the ground running and provide a mixture of 1st/2nd line support to users of the business that are responsible for removing sensitive content. I personally can’t think of a more satisfying role, as you are enabling the research to keep making their job possible. The role also includes some exciting projects working closely with the infrastructure team.
Responsibilities
Provide remote or onsite support to end users of the business.
Manage internal networks and hosted M365 platforms.
Comply with companies’ documentation policy.
Make sure all software is up to date.
Support and maintain SharePoint estate.
Knowledge of cyber security fundamentals
