    Role: IT Technician
    Location: Fully Remote
    Salary: Up to £26,000

    An established and trusted Cisco Partner in the telecommunications industry is looking to recruit an IT Technician to their team due to their rapid growth. The company are looking to attract technicians who are passionate about IT and are keen to make an impact and develop themselves professionally.

    Responsibilities:
    ** Provide Support to clients via the service desk
    ** Ensure issues are dealt with and resolved in an efficient and friendly manner
    ** To build and maintain rapport with customers
    ** To work across both BAU and Project work
    ** Create Reports
