    Job Description

    IT & Technology Controls Manager. FTSE100 Financial Services Client. London.

    Technology Risk | Management | Financial Services

    We're currently looking for a IT & Technology Controls Manager for a global financial services business in London (flexible working)

    Salary: Circa £85k + Bonus (up to 45%) + 15% pension | Employee Share Plan + more

    Location: London. Hybrid working. 1 or 2 days a week in the office

    Purpose of the role:

    You will be responsible for the management of the groupwide IT controls framework and groupwide IT controls testing team (circa 6). The role will report to the Head of Governance & Performance in Group Technology and will support the continuous development of the 1.5 line IT internal control framework. As such, this offers an excellent opportunity to make a genuine impact on the company's risk and compliance frameworks.

    Experience needed:

    – Experience of managing delivery in a relevant technology / technology risk function including knowledge of key control areas, such as security, IT resilience, change management

    – Experience of IT risk management and an understanding of the wider environmental risks and threats

    – Ideally will hold qualifications such as COBIT, ISO27001,CISM, CISSP and/or, ITIL v3

    – Experience managing and developing a team
