Job Title: IT Trading Floor Support Engineer

Duration: 12 months initial fixed term assignment with scope for permanent transition

Location: London

Start: Immediately

Salary: Circa £47,500 – £51,000 extensive benefits (as below)

Key Skills & Experience:

strong background in Front office Financial Markets arena support experience. Analytical thinking and problem solving under pressure will be expected.
A high level of professionalism and customer service focus to meet and exceed the customers' expectations are very important aspects of the role
Responsible for all moves, changes, and installations within Trading floor environment.
TFS are the first point of contact for all trading floor IT issues, our goal is to resolve all desktop issues with one hour while conducting world class customer satisfaction.

The Role:

Aim to deliver a focused client service through troubleshooting and problem-solving end user desktop issues with Trader workstations, IPC Dealer Boards, Market data applications (Inc. Bloomberg, Reuters Eikon, Dealing 3000 etc.)

The candidate will work together closely with the Market Data, Application Support and Network teams to deliver and support the Commercial Trading Business
