Business Systems Trainer

Akkodis has an exciting opportunity available and are currently working in partnership with a UK infrastructure company! They are recruiting an experienced Business Systems Trainer who can provide a high level of support and training across several departments.

Please note this role does require travel to different locations.

The Role

As a Business Systems Trainer, you will have full responsibility for the role out of system processes and knowledge.

The Responsibilities

To deliver system and process training on teams, face to face or a classroom environment where applicable.
Offer continuous improvement on all training material to support the evolution and delivery of training.
Evaluate the business for gaps in systems, processes and knowledge
Identifying areas for additional training and support to ensure all users are up to standard.

The Requirements

Exceptional communication skills
Excellent documentation handling skills.
Strong experience working with video editing tools.
Previous experience working in systems and process-based training role.
