CK Group are recruiting for an IT User Support Specialist to join a diagnostics company at their site in Goddards Green near Burgess Hill, West Sussex on a contract basis for 6 months.
The working hours for this role are 37.5 hours a week, Monday – Friday, covering hours between 08.30 – 17.30. On occasion, flexibility may be needed to work outside of these hours or travel to another site if required.
Daily £250.00 PAYE
IT User Support Specialist Role:
Manage IT support incidents / requests, performing root cause analysis and recommending controls for problem mitigation
Deploy and validate hardware builds including Windows 10 laptops and iPhones for the Roche user base
Process new starter, mover and leaver requests
Perform remote and desk side support for end-user applications and hardware issues
Contribute to organisational programmes of work and leading on internal IT projects
Educated to GCE A level or equivalent standard is essential
Hold an IT related qualification – essential
3 years or more in a similar role
Good knowledge of cloud based technologies, applications and services is required
Experience of working in medium or large organisation supporting a diverse user base
