Designing and delivering end-to-end service proposals, support models and service transitions that are designed to meet cost, risk, time, and quality goals
The creation of all aspects of IT Service policies, processes, procedures, and quality
Work closely with the Pre-Sales teams and Project Leads to ensure all aspects of IT service management and reviewed and addressed throughout the whole lifecycle Requirements
The right candidate for this role will have:
Demonstrable experiene working within an ITIL Framework / be ITIL v3 Expert certified
Strong experience in Service Design and Service Transition
Process design and implementation experience
External customer facing and commercial experience in the delivery and support of IT services Benefits
Base salary of £40,000 – £60,000 per year, depending on experience.
