    Job Description

    ITSM Business Analyst – Contract role – IR35 

    3-month initial contract 

    £400 pd inside IR35 

    Located in Slough or Manchester

    This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a transformation consultancy on a telecommunications project! To be considered, the ideal candidate must be aware of ITSM processes. 

    Essential Requirements:

    Hands-on experience working with ITSM requirements 
    Extensive knowledge of Customer operations 
    telecommunication experience desirable  
    Stakeholder engagement at all levels.
    Detailed process mapping skills.
    GAP analysis of new solutions old vs new
    Experience of turning business requirements analysis into user stores and acceptance test cases
