Job Description
ITSM Business Analyst
Initial 6-month contract role
Remote Working
£500-£550, Inside IR35
ECS Resource Group are currently working with a technology company, assisting them with the search for a ITSM Business Analyst.
Proven skills and experience to help you succeed in this role will include:
-Complete detailed analysis of applications, processes, and procedures.
-Develop detailed requirements to implementing changes to enhance security as necessary.
-Develop the requirements to implement change to support the migration of applications to new simplified infrastructure.
-Support the development of detailed application implementation plan.
-Work closely with business and IT stakeholders to ensure change is successfully implemented and embedded.
-Support the business and IT to define and capture detailed business cases,
Proven skills and experience to help succeed in this role include:
-Experience working as a Business Analyst.
-Experience working on IT projects.
-Demonstrable track record of operating effectively in a dynamic, fast paced, challenging and delivery focused Project / Programme environments.
-Good knowledge of ITSM.
