    Job Description

    Java Developer – DV Cleared – Gloucester – £550 a day

    You will work for a global IT consultancy as part of a large dedicated team that uses the AGILE development methodology to deliver strategic projects for a government agency.

    You will need to attend site a large part of the time but there is a degree of flexibility with the working patterns for this role.

    The role will see you; design and code new capabilities for messaging applications, using automation techniques to test new capabilities in a manner that is consistently repeatable and monitoring live applications to identify and implement continual service improvements

    Successful candidates will have experience in at least one of the following technologies:

    Java

    RabbitMQ messaging and Spring Boot

    sysadmin experience in RedHat / CentOS Linux 7+

    Selenium
