We have a unique opportunity for a Junior Applications Engineer to join our business that specialises in digital transformation and communication technology.

This role would be ideal for a candidate who has worked within a support or consulting-led positions who is looking to pursue an applications-focussed role.

Activities you can expect to be involved with include:

Working with engineers and architects to evaluate and create solutions for customer requirements
Provide appropriate designs and documentation to facilitate seamless deployment activities
Work closely with department heads and project managers to deliver a seamless customer experience
Keep stakeholders updated about any technical issues and solutions being implemented
Provide escalated support for Tier 3 / 3rd Line Support EngineersRequirements

The right candidate will have:

Past experience of working in a consulting or support role with Microsoft O365 technologies
A good understanding of Microsoft UC offering or other platforms, namely: teams, Zoom, Cisco UCMC
Familiar with Voice technologies, primarily SIP and SIP call flowsBenefits

Base salary of £40,000 a year, based on experience.
