The purpose of this job:
Our client is recruiting for Junior Cyber Security positions to join either their Project or Cyber Security teams. You will join an established team of professionals, focused on providing quality products and service to their clients. This is an opportunity to put your passion into practice and kickstart your career in Cyber Security.
The Cyber Security position operates on a split shift system, based around an early, late and night shift (4 days on days off). Shift allowance is provided for the later shifts.
Your responsibilities as a Junior Cyber Security Analyst will include:
* Research, delivery, and support of the cyber security products
* Working collaboratively with team members to produce efficient results
* Support a range of tasks either within specific projects or across cyber related incidents
* Documentation and report writing, providing accurate information
* Liaising with stakeholders in relation to projects and cyber related issues
You will have:
* A keen interest in Cyber Security / IT, with an appropriate qualification
* Strong IT skills, with a good understanding of IT infrastructure
* An analytical mindset with strong problem solving skills
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, able to explain technical information in a simplistic manner
