A leading organisation requires a number of Junior/Graduate IT Support Analysts to join it growing support function! Your role will involve diagnosing and resolving software and hardware incidents, including operating systems across a range of software applications.
Some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Taking ownership of issues, carrying out problem analysis and implement fixes to restore service to customers as quickly as we can
* Installing and configuring new IT equipment for new starters
* Look at incidents, performing trend analysis, and looking at solutions to reduce these
* Building laptops/desktops and thin clients for VDI access
* Hands on experience on endpoints.
Suitable candidates will have the following experience:
* Ability to build strong and trusting relationships with users and stakeholders across the business
* Solid experience with Windows
* Strong troubleshooting experience
* IT hardware and peripherals
* An understanding of ITIL
