Junior IT Support Consultant
Location: Leicester
£27,000 pa plus bonus
Earn a 10% annual bonus!

The Client:
My client is an innovative, and expanding supplier of technology to the financial services industry and produces an award-winning Wealth Management platform.
The Role:
They are looking for a Junior IT Support Consultant / Technical Consultant who will provide IT support to internal users and some clients.
Duties:
You will implement and enhance hardware and software IT systems.
You will install and configure software and hardware, manage servers, set up accounts and workstations, and maintain systems while monitoring their performance.
You will troubleshoot outages and issues, ensure security through access controls, firewalls and back-ups, upgrade systems with new releases, and train staff on new technologies.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role
You will need experience with Azure and Microsoft clients and Windows Servers.
You will need to be familiar with Microsoft Servers and Azure Active Directory.
