In this role, the successful Junior IT Support Engineer will be within a dynamic work environment mainly focused on 1st line support of faculty. You'll be managing IT Equipment, monitoring databases and systems as well as additional tasks in facility management such as fire alarm checks which full training will be provided. You'll be in a great learning environment to grow a well rounded IT Support skillset.

This role would suit a Junior IT Support Engineer looking for a place to start or grow their IT Support career and driven to provide the best support possible. You must be able to pass a DBS check which will be provided.

Set up and Manage IT Equipment
Monitor and Manage Databases and Systems
Perform Basic IT Support to Faculty
