    Job Description

    Are you an experienced Lead Developer with ability to manage a small team within a hands-on function? We are looking for a Lead Developer to fill a key role within our client's hardworking team supporting a legacy transformation with upcoming autonomous greenfield projects.

    Job Overview for the Lead Developer:

    Interpreting and developing client requirements with a continuous development workflow through Agile methodologies.
    Overseeing 4/5 developers inclusive of training, reviews, KPI tracking and disciplinary procedures when required.
    Maintaining legacy systems during modernisation build out.
    Manage from start to finish the full SDLC of greenfield projects with clean code strategies.

    Ideal Candidate Profile/Experience for the Lead Developer

    Strong experience with developer team management and training.
    Experience in C#, .Net, Restful API, and SQL.
    Experienced in Scrum, Agile and/or CI/CD Methodologies
    Knowledge and interest within the Financial Services
