Lead IT Technician

Up to £40000 + Benefits (hybrid working)

Environmental Consultancy are growing as a team and currently require a Lead IT Technician to run the IT division of the business supporting internal staff across different offices. This role is seen as a technically hands on role but with huge scope to develop our clients' current internal systems.

To apply the successful applicant will need to be in a similar role currently and have accumulated a range of experiences including:

Day to Day management of a company's IT systems, supporting staff and resolving issues covering Software Installs, Upgrades (software and hardware), Remote Working, Cloud and Risk Assessments.
Liaising directly with senior management on technical improvements and then identifying solutions including costings and time scales.
Attending other offices to identify and resolve technical issues
Actively maintaining training and personal development (CCNA, MSP, CCNP etc..)
