This leading technology and services organisation, who provide intelligent software for regulatory data management to the Life Sciences Industry are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer! This client uses specialised and authoritative TMF technologies and professional services to give their client's Trial Master File structure, stability, and control.

In this role you will ensure to establish all SRE processes, installing best practises and standards. Work on Incident management, SLOs/SLIs, error budgeting and more. You will also take on hiring responsibilities to coincide with the clients plans for expansion and growth.

What will you be doing?

Working with the Head of Cloud to establish the SRE process within the tech organisation
Hiring your team
Onboarding products into your team to operate them using the new SRE process
Operating your products within agreed SLO metrics
Managing incidents using the Incident response process
Driving reliability through the development life cycleSoft skills required
