Synchro have partnered exclusively with a well-known, and highly reputable fashion / retail / consumer brand, with have a huge presence both online, as well as on the on the high-street. Although already very well established, they are embarking on a huge growth drive.

We are seeking an experienced Lead Software Developer in Test to help this organisation on their new direction and to help them achieve greater success.

This role demands a skilled and experienced Lead SDET, ideally with prior experience in the retail / ecommerce / online marketplace space, although this is only desirable and not essential.

You will have a strong technical knowledge and will have a solid understanding of Typescript, Cypress, and the development lifecycle. You'll be familiar with Automation Testing, e2e, regression and API components. This organisation works in a true Agile Scrum fashion and operate in chapters and squads. You will work to enhance the existing core platform, and to work with new features and products within the organisation's website and mobile app.

This role is based in London, however there is hybrid remote / home working available. The willingness and availability to be in the office when required is needed.

What we are looking for:

An experienced Lead Software Developer in Test familiar working in a Full Stack environment
Strong experience of TypeScript and/or Cypress, as well as experience of Automation Testing.Role: Lead Software Developer in Test

Location: London – Hybrid remote working as detailed above

Salary: £90,000 – £105,000 plus excellent benefits
