My client an award-winning people management software company that is growing each year, with newly opened offices in Canada, New Zealand and Australia are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking Marketing Executive! The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering marketing and communications programmes, through strategic planning, strong creativity and faultless execution. You will work closely with the internal teams and the wider group, to deliver unforgettable marketing campaigns to potential and existing customers.

Day-to-Day Responsibilites:

Being a brand ambassador, guardian, and promoter of the brand.
Management of paid and organic social media activity across multiple platforms.
Work with Business Analysts and Web Developers to ensure that the company website is up to date in line with ongoing activity.
Manage ongoing plans for the growth and development.
Working with the team to proactively seek creative ways of raising our profile in our key markets to generate revenue and strengthen our brand position.
Work with specialists within the wider team to co-ordinate and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email newsletters, print design, PR, digital and offline marketing.
Tracking of lead generation activity with analysis of success.
Capturing client and market intelligence to prompt new marketing campaign ideas.

What you Bring to the Team

Completed or working towards a formal marketing qualification would be an advantage but not essential. You'll also be able to demonstrate:
Experience of working in a marketing department.
Ability to work effectively on own initiative and within a team environment.
Strong understanding of social media marketing with experience of developing paid campaigns.
Able to demonstrate strong organisation and project management skills.
Excellent communication skills-able to influence and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
A passion for creativity-always thinking up new ideas and ways to improve.
Excellent copywriting/proofing skills.
Experience of working with a CMS to manage website content.
Knowledge of Google Analytics to monitor website activity.
Self-motivation, with a proven record of achieving targets & meeting short deadlines.
